Sam Schnaidt (Founder/President), the son of long time antique and automobile collectors, grew up attending auctions and became a toy collector at an early age. He graduated from Reppert Auction School in 1963, one year before graduating from Ohio University. In 1983, Apple Tree Auction Center was established as Sam and Heidi (his wife) saw a need for a full service auction facility in Central Ohio. |
| David Schnaidt (Co-owner/Vice-President) joined his father after graduating from Hope College in Holland, MI in 1993. He became a licensed auctioneer in 1994. Since joining the company, David has expanded their business market by adding the web site, online bidding platform and developing their fine art sales market. David is also serving his third term on the Ohio Auction Commission, where he is currently Chairman. |
